Two in a row for Aurelia Guisson!

What a fantastic performance once again for the young Belgian lady rider Aurelia Guisson on our Z-Tour in Lanaken! For the second day in a row she won a CSIU25 class yesterday afternoon with her 13-year-old grey mare Berlini From Second Life Z (Berlin x Caretano Z – B: Thierry and Sandra Hendrikx). After winning the 1.30m high opening class on Thursday, she became the winner of the 1.35m main class yesterday afternoon. Both in the first and in the second phase Guisson managed to ensure a clear round and with a finish time of 28.72 seconds she again managed to keep the competition behind.

The Danish rider Theodor Linde was good for second place in the ranking. In the saddle of the 13-year-old gelding Jaguar (Chopin van het Moleneind x Cicero Z), he rushed to the finish line in 29.63 seconds and with that performance he came closest to the time of Guisson. The third place was again for Belgian thanks to Gert-Jan Hubrechts and the 8-year-old stallion Coco van de Helle (Cesano II x Lennon). Hubrechts also managed to ensure a double clear round and crossed the finish line in 30.24 seconds.

Alice Rosenqvist wins the 1.30m class

Earlier in the day, the riders of the CSIU25 competition appeared also at the start in a 1.30m class in which it was the Swedish lady rider Alice Rosenqvist who became the winner with the 12-year-old mare Finesse (Bustique x Zeus). She finished in the second phase in a convincing time of 28.57 seconds and with that she was more than two full seconds ahead of the competition.

The German lady rider Emelie Pieper followed Rosenqvist in second place in the rankgin. She was riding the 10-year-old gelding Spencer Hill (Spartacus TN x Clearway) with whom she set a time of 30.96 seconds. Finally, the Finnish lady rider Aida Hämäläinen was good for third place in the ranking. She crossed the finish line in 35.60 seconds with the 12-year-old mare Calisco Z (Calvados Z x Hold Up Premier).
