Yesterday evening, a new record was set at our Zangersheide Quality Auction. With a total turn over of 1.372.500 euro a new record was set, taking the average price per foal to 27.450 euro. The first foal to cross the 50.000 euro mark was Harton van de Berghoeve, a son of Heartbreaker out of a sister to Electra and Geena van ‘t Roosakker. After an exciting bidding duel, Harton was sold for 76.000 euro to Capital Stud. The next foal to set a new record was again by Heartbreaker! Hummer 2000 Z is a half brother to Dominator Z and went under the hammer for 119.000 euro, realising a new top price. Hummer is sold to Germany, where he will complete the stables of Manfred von Allwörden.
Other buyers include Old Lodge Stud, Collé Rental & Sales, Dulcinei Luminatti, Stephex Stables, Al Shiraan Farms and many other loyal customers. We already look forward to tonight!
